Singing the Word of God is a good way to memorize His Word and let it sink into your spirit.
My name is Patti (Lanning) Ingle-Rasmussen. I have been a member of PGMA and OGMA back in the days when PGMA was OGMA. I moved to North Carolina in 1996 and in 2008 came back to help my siblings with the care of our aging Mother. I have been her 24/7 caregiver since returning.
I am a singer and songwriter living in Oakland, Oregon. I’ve been writing songs and recording them for a number of years as funds are available. I am excited to, once again, be a part of this wonderful organization. I have been working with Gordon Kuryluk for a number of years and have recorded two projects.
I am currently working on a third project of mostly original songs. This new album will be titled “It’s a New Day”. I also have a CD with a sing-a-long booklet titled, “God’s Creative Medicine in Song”, which is a paraphrased scriptural declaration on healing. My cassette album, “Crossing Rivers and Moving Mountains” was recorded with Gordon.
I sang with a quartet in the past, which continued as a duet. While in North Carolina I was the worship leader and pianist at a little Baptist church I attended. I began my writing experience by putting melodies to scripture and I hope to make these a recording project sometime in the future. I attend “The Father’s House”, in Sutherlin, Oregon, which is a Pentecostal fellowship. I am available on a limited basis at present, but would love to come and share my ministry in song.
